Response to Network Rail’s Five Year Strategic Plan
Commenting on Network Rail’s Five Year Strategic Plan, Gary Cooper, Director of Operations, Engineering and Planning at the Rail Delivery Group said:
"In October, the whole of the rail industry came together to launch a long-term plan to change and improve, delivering billions in economic benefit, improving for our customers and strengthening the communities we serve. Through this five-year plan, delivered in partnership, Network Rail will continue to play a central role in creating the better railway customers, communities and the economy need and want.”
