Train companies across Great Britain are offering fee-free refunds for rail tickets purchased in China, following the outbreak of Coronavirus which will prevent tourists visiting the country.
Passenger satisfaction up as rail companies add new trains and extra services
Passenger satisfaction with rail journeys is up three percentage points year-on-year, according to the most recent survey of 28,000 passengers published today by the independent watchdog Transport Focus.
Rail fares for 2020 published – fares held below inflation for third year running as record investment continues
